My company is headquartered in Farmingdale, NY. I often fly over the Long Island Sound when inbound to the local airport. The first picture below is the “Great South Bay” that is on the north edge of the sound. I also get to see these gorgeous beaches and the landmarks from the air. During some “downtime” recently, I drove over to the beaches to check ’em out. I was thoroughly impressed with what I saw. It was a bit chilly and the wind was blowing, but still a very picturesque place. This was also during the height of the pandemic and so I had to wear my mask even out on the beach.
